To avoid any further confusion, the man currently sharing my living quarters happens to be my husband and has both my permission and that of Headmistress McGonagall to be here. You may see him around the castle, but as he is currently recovering from an illness I urge you not to press him too far if you decide to engage him in conversation.
I do not usually share personal information of this kind and would rather not feel pressured to, but I am familiar enough with the Hogwarts rumour mill to know that anything you come up with will be worse than the truth, and I would rather avoid the hassle of having to set it all right. This is, however, the last I will say on the issue, and the last I expect to hear of it. That goes for you as well, Steele.
Now, I believe all of you have more important things to busy yourselves with.

Arithmancy students, please take note that there will be a change to your homework schedule for the remainder of October. I will explain further during next week's classes.
